Holy Trinity is already an extraordinary community of Believers. It will be even greater when more of her faithful commit themselves to service. We would like to encourage you to become involved in conducting and growing our ministries. Take a minute to read through our Parish’s current ministries below.

Plan and conduct activities that support the women’s group whose name means “The Friends of the Poor.”

sunday school

Teach, organize, and support the logistics of Sunday School, as well as to work with the Parish Communications and Ministries Coordinator to keep students and their families connected with the program from Sunday to Sunday. Please note that all volunteers that work with youth are required to undergo a background check and complete compliance training.

youth ministry

Plan and execute events and activities for the children and teens of the Parish. Please note that all volunteers that work with youth are required to undergo a background check and complete compliance training.

food bank

Execute the Saturday morning food distribution. One does not need to commit to participating every week.

administrative support

Aid our office staff in preparing mailings, performing data entry, and tending to the logistics associated with large Parish events.

prosphoro baking

Bake the bread used for Sunday Divine Liturgy. People who want to learn are welcome!

stewardship & finance

Plan and execute the Parish Stewardship Program. Establish and execute short and long-term financial goals for the Parish.

infrastructure

Help oversee the many repair and short and long-term maintenance issues faced by the Parish.

greeters & pangari

Serve at the Pangari at services, by cheerfully welcoming everyone who enters the church. Take active measures to help visitors and newcomers feel comfortable and meet existing parishioners.

wellness

Help plan and execute wellness activities, events, and programs.

missions & evangelism

Help plan and execute wellness activities, events, and programs.

social events

Help plan and execute wellness activities, events, and programs.

women’s retreat

Develop ideas for future retreats and help with the logistics associated with this retreat.

faith & fellowship

Work with the leadership team to expand this ministry.

church cleaning

Regularly straighten up and dust the pews and pangari and Windex the glass and icons.

coffee hour

Host coffee hour. Recruit members to sponsor coffee hour. Work with the Office Staff to ensure that adequate supplies are on hand.

landscaping

Organize a ministry to enhance the landscaping of the church grounds.

music ministry

For those with the requisite aptitude, church musicians support our worship with the most sublime musical instrument ever created (because it is the handiwork of God), the human voice.
